Strings of Gold is my most recent CD and represents a tribute to Folk and Irish music.  Most of the songs are traditionals with original arrangements. After performing numerous concerts and listening to my friends' and audiences' feedback,  I came up with this particular collection of "jewels." 

A collaborative creation, with the talents of James Gilchrist, Eric Mauriello, Darius Kaufmann and Andrew Potenza, may you find "Strings of Gold" to be as precious to your heart as we do!

My emerging passion for the sounds of Flamenco guitar drove me to release a sampler CD that more accurately captured the direction my music was headed - my ensemble Celtic Legend was born. My latest CD offers some of the songs heard on Celtic Blessings, as well as 3 compositions recorded by Celtic Legend exclusively for this sampler. Cliffs of Tintagel came about as a moment of inspiration while visiting King Arthur's castle and birthplace. When Cliffs of Tintagel and the Psaltery Dances became consistent favorites of audience members, I eagerly awaited the opportunity to record these new pieces!

One day, while walking through a promenade in Australia, I happened upon a quaint Celtic shop. I found a book on Scottish and Irish Blessings. Out of this book sprang the concept for my third album. My wish is to send the listener on a journey into the Celtic heart and imagination.

Travels through Europe influenced a completely new set of composition and poetry. "Gateway" emerged out of my deeply felt connection to ancient sites, folklore, and the spirituality of centuries gone by.

Inspired by all the experiences and the music I listened to while growing up, "Place With a View" reflects living near the ocean and its natural peaceful setting which created the mood for many of these musical pieces. Fortunately, I acquired the musical talents of some of L.A.'s top studio musicians, Alex Acuna (Weather Report), Steve Kujala (Chic Corea) and Michael Fisher!
